We prepare a Bill of Quantities against tendered drawings, benchmark against current market rates, and reconcile actual cost-to-complete against the original budget every month.

What does the Defect Liability Period cover?

Two years of facility management support post-handover. We resolve construction defects, coordinate warranty claims with vendors, and remain on call for operational readiness issues.

How are timelines tracked and recovered?

A master CPM schedule with milestone gates. When a milestone slips, we issue a recovery plan within 72 hours — added crew, parallel sequence, or scope adjustment, decided with the owner.
