Initiation

Design Coordination
Architect, structural, MEP, and interior consultants aligned. Drawings resolved before they reach site.
Execution
Excavation to final finishing. Daily site presence, drawings enforced, sequence respected.
Quality and Cost Control
Stage-wise QC, monthly cost-to-complete, schedule reconciliation. Variation tracked, claims defended.
Handover and DLP
Snag list closed, as-built drawings delivered, operational readiness signed off, plus 2 years of facility management through the Defect Liability Period.
